TERMS

·  Check-out time is 10 AM, check-in time is 12 noon.

·  Rated quoted are for 1-2 persons. Additional persons: $6.00 per person and day.

·  Children under 4 stay free.

·  Payment due in full upon check-in.

·  All rates are subject to 12% state and local taxes.

·  $100 deposit or balance (whichever is less) required for reservations and must be received   

    within 7 days of making your reservation.

·  CANCELLATION POLICY: 50% of the deposit is forfeited if the cancellation is made 14 or more

    days prior to your arrival date. 100% of the deposit is forfeited if the cancellation is made less 

    than 14 days prior to your arrival date.

·  Holiday rates are different please inquire for rates.

·  Rates subject to change without notice.

·  All room cancelations through email must be made at least a week before arrival date, anything   

    after that must be cancelled by calling us directly.
