TERMS

Check-out time is 10 AM; check-in time is 12 noon.
Quoted rates are for 1-2 people. Additional people: $6.00 per person per day
Children under 4 stay free.
Payment due in full upon check-in.
All rates are subject to 12% state and local taxes.
$100 deposit or balance (whichever is less) required for reservations and must be received within 7 days of making your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 50% of the deposit is forfeited if the cancellation is made within 21 days prior to your arrival date. 100% of the deposit is forfeited if the cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date.

Holiday rates and special events are different - please inquire for rates.
Rates subject to change without notice.
All room cancellations through email must be made at least a week before
arrival date; anything after that must be cancelled by calling us directly.
